The ‘Palancas Negras‘, the National team of Angola beat the ‘Taranga’ Lions of Senegal 3-1.
In their second round match in Group D played at the Tamale Stadium, Senegal went into the lead early in the game, but the Angolans came back strongly and went into the lead.
The Senegalese fought back gallantly but were unable to add to their one goal.
The match ended Angola 3 Senegal 1.
