Undisputedly, the biggest housing fair in the country, the 11th Joy News Ecobank Habitat Fair takes off tomorrow at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC).
The three-day housing fair from November 6th to 8th is expected to attract several thousands of potential house owners who will be connected to mortgage financiers and real estate companies to enable their dreams come true.
It will also give key stakeholders and companies in the construction and artisanal industry the enviable platform to share their exciting ideas and offer attractive discounts on their products and services.
Importantly, Joy News & Joy Business and their partners Ecobank [headline sponsor], DBS, Duraplast and others will provide solutions to questions and comments with regard to what to do and how to own a property with ease.
The prospective house owners will also be provided with in-depth information on land acquisition, sale, starting to build, using the right materials, completing the building to paintings and fitting, amongst the necessary materials needed.
Already, Ecobank Ghana is promising to use the Habitat Fair to enhance mortgage financing in the country.

Duraplast, says it is ready for the fair as it will be exhibiting latest and innovative products.
The company is using the latest technology to manufacture new water tanks and pipes that are covid-19 responsive and meet the exact international standards.
