New Patriotic Party Flag-bearer aspirant and former Trade and Industry Minister, Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen, and his entourage visited Azumah Nelson and his family to commiserate with them on the passing of their mother Comfort Atwei Quarcoo.
The team was at his residence in Achimota today 8th March to sympathize with the family and to assure them of their support to give their late mother a befitting burial.
Comfort Atwei Quarcoo died on January 2, 2023, after a prolonged illness. The funeral and burial service is scheduled for Saturday, 11th March, 2023, at Wesley Methodist Church, Palladium.
Azumah Nelson is arguably Africa’s greatest boxer, 2004 International Boxing Hall of Fame inductee, WBC Greatest Super featherweight Boxer of All Time and 2020 Nevada Boxing Hall of Fame inductee.
