Former Eleven Wise coach CK Akunnor has landed a deal to join Manchester City’s coaching staff later this year to enhance his credentials.
The Ex-Ghana captain will have a month’s attachment at the world’s richest club led by Italian Roberto Mancini.
He is expected to join the Manchester-based club in September as he seeks to improve as a tactician.
“I want to improve as a coach and this move will definitely be of benefit to me. I coached without any experience and I want to learn more,” Akunnor told Ghanasoccernet.com
“They have a great coaching staff headed by Mancini and I will learn more from that. I hope it goes well.”
Akunnor worked as a pundit during the just ended Fifa World Cup for the African Union Broadcasters.
