Christmas has come early for customers of AirtelTigo as they stand to win 60 smartphone phones ahead of this year’s festive season.
The telecom company is rewarding its loyal customers with 60 smartphone phones for their loyalty through a promotion dubbed “60 days/60 phones”.
The promotion is a general knowledge trivia game that gives prepaid customers the opportunity to answer multiple-choice questions via SMS.
Customers who take part in the promotion will earn 50 points for every correct answer and 40 points for a wrong answer.
Customers will have to send ‘PLAY or START to the shortcode 4062 to participate. The promotion will run from now to 31st December 2019.
According to the company, customers can double their points when they play between the hours of 12 pm to 2 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm daily.
The customer with the highest daily points will win high-value smartphone device. Winners will receive a phone call from 'AirtelTigo' notifying them of their success and where to pick up their phones.
“With the festive season around the corner, we wish to spread the love and joy of the season with loyal customers, and this promotion is one of the ways to put a smile on the faces of our customers as they look forward to the joyous season,” the company said.
