Black Stars head coach, Chris Hughton, will be without three key players ahead of the second leg of their 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Angola.
Alexander Djiku, Mohammed Salisu and Denis Odoi have all not made the trip to Luanda due to injuries.
Salisu was unavailable for the game at the Baba Yara due to match fitness while Djiku and Odoi were involved against the Palencas Negras with the former coming off late in the game after a knock.
However, the three have been ruled out for the reverse fixture which is slated for Monday, March 27, in Luanda. They joined Andre Ayew, who is also set to miss the game through a knee injury.
“Other players who didn’t make the trip include Alexander Djiku, Mohammed Salisu and Denis Odoi. The trio were left out of the travelling party due to injuries. The Ghana Football Association wishes them a speedy recovery,” the GFA said in a statement released on Saturday.
The Black Stars left Accra for Angola on Saturday, March 25.
