The Accra High Court “Commercial Court 6” has ordered the Ministry of Youth and Sports to go ahead and liaise with the National Paralympic Committee of Ghana, to prepare Ghana’s Amputee Football team to participate in the World Cup Turkey 2022.
The amputee team from Ghana are on the verge of being discarded for the global showpiece due to leader issues despite winning the Nations Cup in Tanzania to book a place at the World Cup.
The leadership of Ghana's Amputee Football Association has been an issue for quite some time now since the team's return from Tanzania, with the issue being taken to court.
However, the Accra High Court has now ordered the ministry to liaise with the NPC Ghana in order to prepare the team for the World Cup.
