Absa has once again been recognised as a Top Employer by the prestigious Top Employer Institute for the third consecutive year, across five markets - including Ghana, Zambia, Botswana, Kenya, and South Africa.
This certification confirms the bank’s commitment to creating an aspirational workplace as well as maintaining exemplary people practices and initiatives that consistently meet and exceed rigorous global benchmarks.
This recognition also highlights Absa's dedication to providing a human-centred work environment, nurturing talent at all levels, continually optimising employee experiences, and delivering people practices that set the standard for the industry.
The Top Employer certification covers best practices in six HR domains consisting of 20 topics including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, well-being, and more.
Commenting on the awards, William Easmon, Absa Bank Ghana LTD People & Culture Director, noted: "We are incredibly honoured to be certified and recognised as a top employer once again.
"This achievement reaffirms Absa's position as a leading employer of choice and most importantly, our commitment to building an organisation that prioritises colleague wellbeing, fosters talent growth and drives performance excellence.”
