Thousands of residents in Kumasi, corporate staff and fan club members and the military joined Multimedia staff for Nhyira FM Health Work on May Day.
The event was meant to promote a healthy lifestyle, social as well as business networking.
Organized in partnership with Delayman Capsules, it was a moment for old friends and relatives to engage in aerobics and other activities at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
It recorded one of the most impressive attendance for a single event in recent times.
The event gave workers opportunity to exercise their muscles after long hours at work.
Some participants who spoke with Nhyira News after the event say aside the normal exercise, socialization was a major factor.
