The Bureau (GH) Ltd has successfully launched the maiden Bureau Business Lounge at the cocktail lounge of the premier Achimota Golf club over the weekend.
Participants met to forge new business contacts and fiscal relationships.
The event brought together several entrepreneurs such as artisans, marketers, contractors, crop farmers, a Geologist, animal farmers, fashion and graphic designers, an attorney, publishers, private accountants, IT specialists, media practitioners, bankers, brokers and many more.
Speaking at the event, the Managing Director of The Bureau(GH) Ltd, Kafui Kudzawu-D’Pherdd, reiterated that the Bureau Business Lounge will continue to bring entrepreneurs together to network and exchange business ideas that will hopefully vault their businesses into remarkable success.
He maintained that The Bureau, will in the future involve leaders from other corporate and governmental organizations to liaise with the entrepreneurs.
The host of the event and partner of The Bureau who currently resides in the United States, Collins Kofi Oppong, explained that it is the vision of the company not only to grow their brand but also to help other brands grow.
Doing this he believes will build a more prosperous society for everyone. Speaking to the media, he advised that one of the surest means to curtail the daunting unemployment situation in the country, is for individuals to begin to look for problems that confront their communities and find viable solutions to them. Society he believes, will then reward them with wealth.
The occasion was also used to launch “thegolferonline.com”, a website that will publish golf news in Ghana and beyond.
Captain of the Achimota Golf Club, Mr. Mark Cofie Jnr, launched the project and expressed great admiration to The Bureau for their immense interest in golf publication. He recounted the impact the erstwhile Golfer newspaper made in the golfing fraternity and expressed the hope that the new “thegolferonline.com” will continue to churn out great golf news and articles.
Mr. Fred Bart-Plange of Star Assurance made a presentation on the need for entrepreneurs to take advantage of the many insurance policies that his outfit offers which are geared to safeguard their businesses in times of distress.
Many participants expressed utter delight at the success of the maiden Bureau Business Lounge. The event was supported by Strawberry Photo Concept, Media Heights and Quuq’s Qitchen.
