Mr Noah Kwasi Nuamah, 55 and his two sons died instantly when their thatched bed room wall fell on them at Debra Number One in the Atwima-Mponua District of Ashanti Region.
The two sons were Richard Oteng, 11, and Sadat Ofori, three.
Mr Osei Kwadwo, Atwima-Mponua District Co-ordinator of National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) said the incident occurred when they were asleep in the room.
He said it was Nuamah’s wife, Adwoa Bema who had returned from Bibiani who first noticed that her husband and the children had been trapped by the wall and raised the alarm.
The bodies of the three have been deposited at the Bibiani Government Hospital for autopsy.
Meanwhile, Mr Wilberforce Owusu-Ansah, District Chief Executive and Mr Isaac Kwame Asiamah, Member of Parliament (MP) for the area have visited the bereaved family and expressed their condolences.
