Liberian refugees living in the country have until the end of June this year to
make up their minds about going back to their country of birth or losing their refugee statuses.
A 1951 UN Convention makes it mandatory for the status of refugees to be lifted where conditions in their troubled nation have improved.
The UN Refugee Agency has been conducting a voluntary repatriation programme since 2008. But not everyone is in a hurry to leave.
But how is the country adjusting to accomdate the several thousands who have decided to stay?
Anny Osabutey has been finding out in our Hotline documentary Refugees' Choice.
