A sex addict who admitted to sleeping with more than 1,000 men has now revealed that she used to be a man.
Crystal Warren, 42, appeared on This Morning last week to talk about her sex addiction and how she has no plans to change.
Just days after that appearance she has revealed that she was actually born Christopher Snowden.
Ms Warren says she realised from a young age that she was a female trapped in a male body.
She would secretly try on her mother's clothes before later going on dates in drag.
Ten years ago, she began having hormone and laser treatment to remove body hair and develop a 38B bust and underwent full gender reassignment surgery in 2005.
Admitting she had slept with a lot of men before her sex change, she says that afterwards her sex drive exploded.
But, she admits, she has only told a few of her lovers that she was actually born male.
