An Accra Circuit Court has issued a warrant for Benjamin Asiedu Kwapong.
He was alleged to have collected an amount of GH¢44,500 from a complainant under the pretext that he has a parcel of land at the Eastern Region of Ghana.
He allegedly collected the amount to demarcate it and to repay in three months, but failed.
He is dark in complexion, age 54, muscularly built, and strands at five feet, nine inches tall.
He is a native of Akropong in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
