US Broadway Marketing Network Limited (USBMNL), a distribution company, has been inaugurated at East Legon in Accra, with a call for the introduction of entrepreneurship in the school curriculum, to enable schoolleavers to set up their own businesses.
The president of US Group of Companies, Godfred C. M. Adonu, who made the call, said that would solve the unemployment problem facing the nation and help people change their mindsets from being employees to being business owners.
In line with that, he suggested that accomplished entrepreneurs be attached to institutions, to guide students to succeed in their chosen fields.
The USBMNL, a subsidiary of the US Group of Companies, has been set up to handle the distribution of the group's purified water (US Water) and promises to reward loyal distributors with fantastic bonuses and awards.
Mr. Adonu, therefore, urged Ghanaians, especially the youth, to take advantage of the opportunity and help distribute good drinking water for the masses, to enable them maintain good health as well as make money for themselves.
The occasion coincided with the commissioning of the GH¢6.3 million new office building of the US Group of Companies.
