Professional League Board Boss, Abra Appiah has called on football loving fans especially those of Hearts and Kotoko to accept the score line after Sunday’s game.
The highly anticipated match between the two most glorious and glamorous club in the country comes off this Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium amidst fears of crowd violence.
But the PLB Boss says the usual trend of violence-free and tight security that has characterized the matches between two sides in recent times will continue.
Speaking on Asempa Fm’s Sports Morning Show on Tuesday, the PLB Boss said preparations are far advanced to ensure that the week 7 Glo Premier League match between Accra Hearts of Oak and Kumasi Asante Kotoko on Sunday starts and ends well.
According to him, the PLB normally do not want to talk about the security arrangements for the Hearts-Kotoko matches since it tends to put fear in fans than assurance but believes the PLB and the other Stakeholders have done and are still doing everything humanly possible to ensure an incident-free match.
Accra Hearts of Oak welcomes Kumasi Asante Kotoko at the Accra Sports Stadium in one of the Week 7 clashes in the ongoing Glo Premier League, a match which promises to be exciting and electrifying on Sunday 20th November, 2011.
Kick-off is 3:00pm.
