The people of La Traditional Council on Wednesday said it would not celebrate this year's Homowo due to unforeseen circumstances.
A statement signed by Mr Reginald Kotey Kotei, Administrative Secretary to the Council in a signed statement said the Council at its regular meeting held on August 14, this year, "after careful deliberation declared that the 2007 Homowo would not be celebrated due to unforeseen circumstances."
