Ghana Home Loans emerged the Best Property Funding Partner for the year 2011 during the 4th annual GREDA Exhibition and Ghana Property Awards. The event was held at the Banquet Hall of the State House under the theme "Exploiting Innovative Building Materials for a Sustainable Built Environment.”
Over the past 5 years, Ghana Home Loans has assisted over 1000 families to acquire and complete their dream homes with their highly attractive products and competitive interest rates. Other nominees for this category were Fidelity Bank, CAL Bank and HFC.
A two-day Housing exhibition which preceded the event at the State House included over 32 estate developers and service providers of the Ghanaian Housing Industry as well as suppliers in housing materials. The core objective of this year’s ceremony was rewarding outstanding achievements in the residential and the commercial property sector across twenty categories.
Vision band added a touch to the ceremony with impressive live band music that got many of the industry players who converged at the ceremony tapping their feet and those who were old enough remembered what they call the good old day.
