After seeing his team scrape through to the semi-final of the MTN FA Cup, Asante Kotoko coach, Steven Pollack has graciously admitted his side were given a helping by referee Nuhu Limann.
Kotoko were awarded a dubious penalty which has generated much controversy even among fans of the club.
The result of the game cannot be overturned as Kotoko progress to the last four but the British was magnanimous even in victory.

For him, the decision should have never stood.
"I was embarrassed at the penalty. I wanted to win the game but not this way. It wasn't a penalty," Pollack said at the post match press conference.
The official twitter handle of the club were of a contrary view. The club tweeted the penalty was highly deserved after a hard tackle on midfielder Seth Opare.
95' Penalty for Kotoko as Seth Opare is brought down heavily inside the box. Good decision by the referee.
