Kumasi Asante Kotoko’s latest high profile defensive signing, Isaac Vorsah will train for the first time with his new teammates today.
The Midtjiyland player who was on loan with Premier League side Gamba All Blacks joined the Porcupine Warriors on a year long deal worth around ¢350 million.
The Black Meteors defender joins Kotoko with his central defensive partner from All Blacks, Ahmed Nyame. Ahmed Nyame has already started training with the Porcupine Warriors together with another new signing, midfielder Adamu Mohammed of Ashgold.
Reports also indicate that another Ashgold player Emmanuel Osei Kuffour is likely to start training with Kotoko on Friday. The Porcupine warriors were said to have concluded a ¢150 million deal for the former Hearts of Oak player. It is understood that Kotoko were yet to conclude personal terms with Kuffour.
