Former BA United CEO Roy Arthur will not appeal the Cape Coast High Court ruling which declared MNS Doe as the winner of the disputed Central Region FA chairmanship election.
The court presided by Justice Dapaah restrained Roy from holding himself as the Football Association Chairman.
Despite feeling within him he legitimately won the elections, Roy Arthur feels he will respect the decision of the court.
"I am not worried because I won the elections but if that is the ruling of the court, so be it," he told JOY FM
"I respect the decision of the court but I disagree and after all the FA didn't seem concerned.
In addition to this, he confirmed his decision not to appeal the decision.
"The question is did I go through the vetting process or not? For me I will not be appealing the decision for the good of football and Central Region at large."
