New Coach of Aduana Stars Aristica Cioaba says he would need time to build a winsome side ahead of next season’s Ghana Premier League which begins on October 9.
The ex-Al Masry boss, who was handed the job two weeks ago, has began pre-season with the team in Dormaa and believes his side has the potential to cause a scare in the league next term.
He said he is satisfied with the team’s response to his coaching philosophy and training methods.
Aristica Cioaba told Joy Sports Dennis Mirpuri, “I like this team because many players understand me and I like their mentality because it tells me there is a possibility to play good football. To put together a good team on the field, I need more time, not two weeks or two months. The club has very good young players with potential and with good training maybe we will have a good team.”
The Romanian trainer has a job of leading Aduana Stars to win back the league title they won two seasons ago.
