Manchester City wrapped up third place in the Premier League by knocking four past sorry Watford in a first-half stroll at Vicarage Road.
City captain Vincent Kompany got the ball rolling with a header on five minutes before a couple from Sergio Aguero on 23 and 36 minutes put Pep Guardiola's side 3-0 clear.
Aguero has now scored 20 plus goals six times in seven seasons for City more than Alan Shearer and Thierry Henry.
Fernandinho added a fourth four minutes before the break before Gabriel Jesus chipped a fifth into the net for a 5-0 lead before the hour mark. It was his seventh goal in 10 outings for City with Waford appearing to down tools under sacked manager Walter Mazzarri.
City only needed a point to secure third place in the table, but the impressive nature of the win enables them to finish their season on a real high knowing they will join Chelsea and Spurs as automatic qualifiers in the Champions League group stage.
City were set to finish the season two points clear of Liverpool in fourth, who were leading relegated Middlesbrough 3-0 after the hour-mark at Anfield.
