Olympique Marseille winger Andre Ayew has heaped praise on Arsenal amidst reports linking him with a move to the Emirates.
The Ghana international has been suggested as one of the players Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is lining up a move for as he plans for life without Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri, who are seemingly on their way out to Barcelona and Manchester City respectively.
The 21-year-old played an crucial role in Marseille's 2-2 draw at Auxerre earlier on Sunday, and when being questioned by reporters after the match he refused to rule out a transfer to the Premier League side.
"Arsenal are a great club, but I am not thinking about that at all. I am focused on the game and Marseille, what happens, happens," Ayew explained.
Meanwhile, Marseille coach Didier Deschamps refused to be drawn into the speculation and gave short shrift to questions about Ayew, saying: "He is under a contract until proven otherwise."
Ayew broke into Marseille's first-team in 2007, but has only been a regular option at the club since the summer of 2010, after enjoying loan spells at Lorient and Arles-Avignon.
