Aduana Stars moved within reach of leaders WAFA after recording a 2-1 win over Olympics in Accra.
The game was replayed after heavy rain disrupted the game on Sunday and it was former Hearts defender, Dan Quaye, who had a moment to forget when tried to clear a cut back by Derrick Sassraku only see the ball in his net.
Right back Godfred Saka was sent off for a vicious challenge on Olympics midfielder Douglas Mintah in the 35th minute but that did not deter the Dormaa side as they continued to have the better of the proceedings.
It moved from bad to worse for Dan Quaye, whose blunder caught keeper Abraham Odonkor hapless as Bright Adjei sneaked in to tap home into an open net.
Godwin Attram replaced Douglas Mintah and his introduction sparked new life into the Olympics and they were duly rewarded when striker Abel Manomey halved the deficit in what was the final goal of the game.
Elsewhere, league champions Wa All Stars held Tema Youth to a 1-1 draw in Tema.
Midfielder Moses Nyarko put the champions ahead connecting a cross from Sandan David Abagna but Tema Youth defender Theophilus Ogoe had the last laugh levelling the tie with the last kick of the game.
