Former AshantiGold coach Bashir Hayford is set to join Sudanese side Al Khartoum following the departure of coach Kwesi Appiah.
Al Khartoum are in the market looking for a new coach following Kwasi's Appiah appointment as Ghana coach.
According to sources in Sudan, officials of Khartoum have contacted Bashir Hayford for the vacant coaching job.
Bashir Hayford is currently a free agent after resigning from his post at Ashanti Gold last week.
The Ghanaian trainer has won two league titles. One with Asante Kotoko and the other with Ashantigold where he won the manager of the year in the process.
