Stephen Appiah is hoping to play away from Italy next season as he looks to sign for a new club.
The former Ghana captain was on the books of Cessena in the Italian top flight last season but after his deal with the club expired is looking to move on.
Though Appiah admits that there are offers for him, he is refusing to state where he would be heading to next.
"I don't want to say much when I have not put pen on paper. I am done with Cessena and there are a number of clubs interested in me. When I put pen on paper you guys will hear about it," Appiah said.
"Honestly I don't want to go to Italy but in life never say never. I don't think that it is in Italy but you will hear it soon."
Apart from a spell in Turkey with Fernabahce, the midfielder has played all his club football in Italy since moving to Europe in the mid 1990s.
