Former Asante Kotoko boss, Herbert Mensah, believes the President of the Ghana Football Association Kwesi Nyantakyi is capable of moving on to bigger things on the continent and in the world.
Herbert Mensah who had been linked with Managing Accra Hearts of Oak played down the rumor but tipped the Ghana football boss to assume a bigger role in African football. This followed the change in leadership in CAF which saw former president Issa Hayatou ousted.'
In his view, it is possible the changes may happen in Ghana as well.
“Hayatou lost his seat, who would have thought,” he told Asempa Sports.
“And I am sure there will be changes here in Ghana as well, Kwesi is destined for bigger things and he will at some point say, look am going to be the vice president of CAF and that will also open new doors for others.
Kwesi Nyantakyi is the CEO of Wa All Stars a member of the FIFA council and also the president of West African Football Union.
