Lakeside Estate Limited, a local real estate developer has outdoored a 2-storey-3-bedroom semi-detached house designed with all the features of a home to suit the needs of a family that desires a state-of-the-art house at an inexpensive rate.
The building, which occupies a 120 metre square area, has on the ground floor a living-dining combo, visitor’s washroom, well furnished kitchen with store and a front and back terrace.
The first floor has all three bedrooms – with 2 bedrooms sharing a washroom and a master bedroom – and an upper front terrace.
Located at the Lakeside Estate at Ashaley-Botwe near Madina, the Duplex house is valued at $70,000. It also has enough parking spaces for two vehicles.
Speaking at the launch, Managing Director of the company, Col. Timothy Barnes, stated that after building the prototype, the company reviewed the features of the house and have already noted areas in the design that needs improvement.
“…Some of the room sizes are going to be increased in our future products,” he assured, adding “the company always welcomes constructive criticism that enable us to improve on what we already have”.
