Avram Grant has made four changes to Ghana’s squad to face Egypt as he hopes to freshen the team for the latter stages of the competition.
Barnsley full back Andy Yiadom will be making his Ghana and AFCON debut as he starts on the right side of defence with regular right back Harrison Afful shifted to the left.
Jonathan Mensah returns to the backline to play alongside John Boye with Daniel Amartey pushing up to partner Emmanuel Agyemang Badu in midfield.
There is another AFCON debut as Samuel Tetteh starts on the left flank with Christian Atsu maintaining his spot on the right.
Captain Asamoah Gyan and his deputy Andre Ayew will lead the line for Ghana.
Razak Braimah maintains his spot in goal.
