Expresso Telecoms Ghana, a mobile telecommunications service provider, on Tuesday launched a product dubbed: "Shake Up" that is expected to make the network more attractive to subscribers while giving them value for their money.
Mr Fredrick Quainoo, Marketing Manager at Expresso who explained the new product at a press launch, said with the new product, new and existing customers get to enjoy some free talk time depending on the amount of credit they purchase.
"With GH¢1.00 customers can make free calls to every Expresso number while they enjoy five minutes free calls to all other networks in a day," he said.
Mr Quainoo said customers who buy GH¢ 5.00 worth of credit get to enjoy free calls to every Expresso number for seven days in addition to 30 minutes free calls to all other networks.
He added that the higher the amount of credit bought the more number of days the customer would enjoy, saying those who buy GH¢10.00 get to enjoy free calls to every Expresso number for 30 days.
Mr Quainoo said to activate the "Shake-Up" plan all one needed to do was to send a text message 'e' to a specific short code or dial an activation number depending on the amount of credit purchased.
He said customers who were not on any of the packages will be entitled to dash and free night calls, however, customers who subscribed to any of the packages during a calendar month would not be entitled to a dash for the period they were subscribed to the package.
