Chelsea and Manchester United have been drawn to face each other in the quarter-finals of the Champions League, while Tottenham will play Real Madrid.
Barcelona meet Shakhtar Donetsk, with reigning champions Inter Milan drawn against Schalke.
Chelsea or United will go on to face either Inter or Schalke, while the winners of the other two last eight ties will meet in the other semi-final.
The quarter-final ties will be played on 5/6 and 12/13 April.
Chelsea have yet to win the Champions League and the tie against United is a repeat of the 2008 final, which the Old Trafford club won on penalties.
The first leg between the Premier League rivals will take place at Stamford Bridge with United, who have won Europe's top competition three times, at home for the second leg.
Spurs will travel to the Bernabeu for the first leg of their tie against Real Madrid before hosting the nine-time winners at White Hart Lane in the second leg.
