Ghana coach Avram Grant has sprung a tactical surprise as the Black Stars take on Egypt at the Borg El-Arab Stadium in Alexandria.
Grant has deployed a 4-3-3 formation as opposed to his preferred 4-4-2 system.
The Israeli starts with a midfield trio of Agyeman Badu, Thomas Partey and Mubarak Wakaso with Jordan Ayew upfront flanked by Dede Ayew and Christian Atsu.
In defence, Jonathan Mensah is preferred to John Boye who is partnered by Daniel Amartey.
