Premier League side Dreams FC t failed to appear before the reconstituted Appeals committee tasked to re-sit on their case with Tema Youth on Wednesday.
President of Dreams Mohammed Dzidzi and club official Ibrahim Adam Dossey who were invited by the committee failed to appear - instead the club sent a letter in the early hours of Wednesday notifying the committee of their decision to boycott the re-hearing.
The player at the centre of the controversy Daniel Gozar or Cudjoe Mensah also failed to appear.
But Tema Youth President Wilfred Osei and Amidaus president Ahmed Gambo appeared before the committee.
The 7-member panel sat and heard those that appeared - they will continue sitting on Thursday at the Ghana Football Association head quarters.
