Caf Match Commissioner Amadu Hima Souley has pulled out of Wednesday's Executive elections.
This follows intense lobbying by Ghana's FA president Kwesi Nyantakyi who is also vying for the position.
Earlier on Friday, Togolese Tata Avesi also pulled out of the race.
It is now a two-horse race between Nyantakyi and Benin's Anjorin Moucharaf.
