Reduced cases of new cholera infections have been recorded in the Greater Accra Region.
The region recorded about 200 cases of Cholera last month, but has so far recorded only 86 this month.
Regional Health Director Dr. Edward Antwi has told Asempa News six lives have been lost since the disease broke out last month.
Dr. Antwi attributed the reduction in the incidnece to the extensive campaign on environmental cleanliness and need to washing the hands with soap and water after visiting wash rooms.
