Officials of the Ministry of Youth and Sports say Ghana should be reinstated by the International Olympic Committee latest by March end.
This is because the Ministry is working hard to ensure that the much talked about Sports bill is brought before Parliament to be passed into Law.
Ghana was last month suspended from the IOC for perceived undue government interference in the affairs of the Ghana Olympic Committee.
Meanwhile, Spokesperson of the Sports Ministry, Akwasi Sarpong has told Joy Sports the Attorney General’s office has been instructed to make changes to the existing Legislative Instrument (LI) before Parliament considers its passage into law.
That is to make the law compliant with the IOC’s regulations.
