Interim Kotoko coach, Michael Osei, is eyeing all three points in the matchday 24 league tie against Liberty.
The Porcupine Warriors travel to the capital to face the Dansoman side with an eye of winning back to back games for the first time in the second round.
A win over Dreams coupled with Hearts of Oak’s defeat in Sogakope has meant the Porcupine Warriors are still within the race for the title and Osei wants his team to take full advantage.
“We are ever prepared. We are always prepared. It is an important game because we are still in the title race,” he told Adom Sports.
“I have known Liberty from last season and this season.”
“They have a good technical team headed by George Lamptey so it will be an interesting game.”
“We need to put in extra effort.”
“Our chances are still on course, so we need to get a good result to stay in the race.”
Michael Osei’s first game in charge as interim Kotoko coach was against Liberty.
