This series is from the team at 99.7FM, tracking the latest moves in the summer transfer window. We call it the #JoySports Transfer Daily. Here, we summarize all the moves and rumours in a quick, easy to read format. The series started on July 4 and ends on August 31.
With the domestic football season long behind us, here's all you need to know about the summer transfer window...
When does the transfer window open?
The 2016 summer transfer window opened on Thursday, June 9 for Premier League clubs.
When does the transfer window close?
The 2016 summer transfer window will close on Wednesday, August 31 - two and a half weeks after the start of the 2016/17 Premier League season.
Do European leagues have different dates?
While France's Ligue 1 has the same transfer window dates as the Premier League, there are slight differences in Spain, Germany and Italy.
The summer transfer windows in La Liga, the Bundesliga and Serie A do not open until Friday, July 1.
However, like England and France, the transfer windows in the top flights in Spain, Germany and Italy all close on Wednesday, August 31.
So far, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has signed with Manchester United, Ilkay Gundogan has signed for Manchester City, Sadio Mane has joined Liverpool while Arsenal grabbed Swiss international Granit Xhaka....

Manchester City have launched an audacious £50million bid to sign Toni Kroos from Real Madrid.City’s new boss Pep Guardiola is a huge fan of Kroos and would like to be reunited with his former Bayern Munich playmaker at the Etihad.The Blues have made an approach and have received encouragement that a deal may be possible.
HAMBURG SIGN HALILOVIC
Barcelona’s starlet Alen Halilovic has joined Hamburg for £4.2million.Barça have included a buy-back clause.The Blaugrana can re-sign the youngster for £8.4million next summer.

UNITED ENTER BONUCCI RACE?
Manchester United have expressed an interest in Juventus centre-back Leonardo Bonucci.The availability of the Italy international is believed to have been raised during United’s negotiations to bring Paul Pogba back to Old Trafford.While United are confident of re-signing Pogba, their pursuit of Bonucci appears to be more difficult, with Chelsea and Manchester City also interested in the €60m-rated (£50.1m) defender.
DZEKO TO STAY AT ROMA
Former Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko will “100% stay”“He’ll 100 per cent stay at Roma,” said the Bosnian’s agent Irfan Redzepagic.“He wants to prove he’s a world-class player in the Giallorossi shirt.”Dzeko endured a tough debut season in the Italian capital, scoring just eight Serie A goals in 31 games.
GOTZE RETURNS TO DORTMUND
Borussia Dortmund have confirmed the signing of Mario Gotze on a four-year contract.The 24-year-old Germany international left Dortmund for Bayern Munich in 2013 but now rejoins the club."I am personally very pleased that Mario has decided to return to Borussia Dortmund," said Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke."I have since his departure in 2013, always hoped that he will one day return to us."

Rubin Kazan have reached a provisional agreement to sign Alex Song from Barcelona, the Russian club have announced.Song, 28, spent the last two seasons on loan at West Ham from Barca, making 47 appearances in total for the Hammers.The former Cameroon international, who moved to the Nou Camp from Arsenal for £15m on a five-year deal in 2012 , is now set to play for Rubin next season.
WATFORD SIGN DJEDJE
Watford have announced the signing of right wing-back Brice Dja Djedje from Marseille for around £4 million. The Ivory Coast international has signed a four-year deal at Vicarage Road. He becomes their fifth summer signing, following on from Jerome Sinclair, Christian Kabasele, Isaac Success and Juan Camilo Zuniga.

Leicester have turned down a £9m bid from West Brom for winger Jeffrey Schlupp, but they are thought to be preparing an improved offer.Schlupp played 24 league games last season as the Foxes won the Premier League title for the first time.
WIMER EXTENDS SPURS CONTRACT
Kevin Wimmer has signed a new contract at Spurs committing himself to the club until 2021.The Austrian filled in superbly for the injured Jan Vertonghen last season.The 23-year-old will prove to be excellent backup in the coming season as Spurs tackle the Champions League.

LIVERPOOL MEDICAL FOR WIJNALDUM
Georginio Wijnaldum will travel to Merseyside to undergo a medical which is expected to last two days. Liverpool have offered the Newcastle midfielder a five-year contract at Anfield.This comes after the Magpies, accepted a fee in the region of £25m for the Netherlands international.
JUVE LAND PJACA
Juventus have signed Croatia winger Marko Pjaca from Dinamo Zagreb, the Serie A champions have announced.The 21-year-old, who made three appearances for his country at Euro 2016 and has 11 caps in all, has signed a five-year contract to complete a move worth €23m.

MORATA SET FOR MADRID STAY
Real Madrid forward Alvaro Morata has said he is grateful for the experience at Juventus but is glad to be back at the Bernabeu and can't wait to train again. Morata's two-year spell with with the Serie A club ended earlier this month after Real Madrid announced they had activated the buy-back clause in his contract.
GOMEZ RETURNS TO FIORENTINA
Besiktas have confirmed that Mario Gomez has left the club.The big German striker spent last season on loan at the club from Fiorentina, where he now returns.

ALLEN CLOSE TO ANFIELD EXIT
Stoke City are confident of securing a deal for Liverpool midfielder Joe Allen after agreeing a £13 million fee for his services.
LUCHO FOCUSED ON TROPHIES NOT CONTRACT
Barcelona coach Luis Enrique is focused on winning "every title" in his third campaign in charge at the club and is not worried about his contract, which runs out at the end of the season."The future doesn't worry me in the least. I'm obsessed with the present," Luis Enrique, 46, told a news conference on Thursday as the Spanish champions began pre-season training."I will leave Barca when they sack me or when I no longer have the enthusiasm needed to do the job," he said.
