The Acting Chairman of Aduana Stars FC, Mr. Kofi Manu has accused the Premier League Board of hypocrisy because its Chairman, Mr. Welbeck Yaw Abra Appiah has left out some of the recommendations made by the Administrative Committee of Enquiry set up by the former Minister Of Youth and Sports, Hon. Mohammed Mubarak Muntaka.
Speaking on Asempa FM’s sports morning show on Monday, Mr. Kofi Manu wondered why certain recommendations by the committee have been implemented whiles a good number of them have not.
He querried why the PLB boss, who was a party to this meeting, has failed to implement the five years and one year ban on Mr. Sylvester Asare Owusu, former CEO of Kotoko and Mr. William des Bordes respectively as was recommended by the committee.
Mr Manu, porpluarly called "Blue Blue" added that even in implementing the recommendations by the committee on the categorization of the premiership matches and the necessary security measures that should be adhered to, the PLB erred.
