The Black Stars will have to clear the hurdle of Egypt once again to book a World Cup place in Russia after being drawn in the same group with the Pharaohs.
Ghana was the last team to be picked in the ballot for the qualifiers of the competition to place Avram Grant's side in Group E.
The Black Stars will also meet the Cranes of Uganda whom they met in the qualifiers for the 2015 AFCON as well as Congo-Brazzaville.
The top sides in every group, qualifies for the World Cup in Russia in 2018.
