New Edubiase, Inter Allies and Hasaacas will be playing their next home match behind closed doors after their fans misconducted themselves in a league game during the first round of the league.
New Edubiase where hit the most serving two matches closed doors while Inter Allies and Hasaacas will serve a match each.
The sanction was confirmed by PLB chairman Ashford Tetteh Oku in an interview with Asempa Sports.
The boss revealed that the punishment had been imposed on the clubs because of their fans’ behaviour in their last home games.
The ban means fans will not be allowed to watch Edubiase’s matches against Medeama and Liberty in week 16 and 18 respectively at the Len Clay Stadium.
Same will apply to fans watching the Inter Allies and Hasaacas game at Tema on matchday 16 as well as Hasaacas’ game against Bechem United on matchday 17.
Hearts of Oak were the first club to be slapped with this ban playing Hasaacas and Liberty Professionals behind closed doors.
