The newly-appointed coach of Berekum Chelsea Orlando Wellington has targeted a Top 4 finish in this season’s Premier League after agreeing to take over the coaching job.
He will replace Attila Sekerlioglu who will be away to attend to his child who is to undergo surgery after breaking his leg while playing football in Austria.
Chelsea are second on the league table, three points adrift leaders Kessben.
Orlando Wellington at the weekend guided the national Under-20 team to secure qualification to next year’s African Youth Championship in Libya.
Ahead of completing his move this weekend, the soft-spoken former Heart of Lions coach hopes to succeed in his new challenge.
In a related development, a member of coach Orlando Wellington’s Black Satellites team, Kwame Nsor, has told Joy Sports he will make the most out of his move to French second-tier side FC Metz.
The lanky striker signed a two-year deal from newly-promoted Premier League side Mighty Jets and will leave the country early next month.
Kwame Nsor wants to improve.
