The House of Commons has hosted an unusual event - an erotica party.
Erotica 2010 was put on by Savas Christodoulou, the man behind the Buddha Lounge nightclub in Romford, and former accountant to Pink Floyd.
Mr Christodoulou also owns Erotica Ltd, the company behind the events.
The House of Commons dinner was sponsored by Romford MP Andrew Rosindell whose secretary confirmed to Sky News Online he was doing it "as we would do with any other Romford-based business".
The £89 per head dinner in the exclusive Members' Dining Room was followed by a party - off the premises and on a nearby boat - where the guests had to exchange formal attire for latex or similar fancy dress.
It is the first time the House of Commons has been used for an erotica party and the Romford MP insists he has not stepped out of line.
"It is a non-profit-making dinner and I would have done the same for any local business, charity or organisation," he said earlier in the week.
"I have never been to an Erotica event, I am not interested in that kind of thing. I am not endorsing anything. I was simply asked to sponsor a dinner. I’m not even sure I will go."
This is not the former vice-chairman of the Conservative party's only controversial moment.
He hit the headlines in 2001 in the run-up to the General Election when he campaigned with his Staffordshire bull terrier, Spike, who was dressed in a Union flag waistcoat.
A House of Commons spokeswoman said she could not comment on individual bookings.
