Former Management member of Hearts of Oak, Aziz Haruna Futah is of the view the three match stadium ban given to the club is harsh.
The ban which sees the club play their next three home matches in an empty stadium will take effect from their midweek fixture against Hasaacas.
The ban came as a result of violent conduct by the fans during their 3-1 defeat at the hands of Wa All Stars.
For Aziz, the management should appeal this decision.
"The punishment is too much on us. I think the management will appeal because it is too much," he told Joy Sports.
"This league has seen Hearts do well in Accra and the fans can confirm it."
"There are a few fans who created the mess and we have come out to apologize officially including the club and leaders of the supporters."
"I think this ban is too harsh and they have to take a second look at it."
Club PRO Kwame Opare Addo and NCC Chairman Barimah Atuahene have also been handed a 24 month ban from all football related activities.
