National Chapters Committee Chairman of Hearts of Oak, Barimah Atuahene, has stated the club is focused on clinching all three points when they face Hearts of Oak in the Super 2 clash.
The supporters chairman is hopeful of a victory for his side as a win could see the Phobians stretch the lead over their rivals to 10 points.
For Atuahene, the club is leaving no stone unturned in that regard.
“In football anything is possible but Hearts of Oak are fully focused and are well prepared for this super clash,” he told Asempa Sports.
“It is the third time we are having our camp at Akosombo and it was decided by the technical team because we want to have a sound mind and prepare very well for the upcoming match even though we know it the same league match we will be playing but both clubs will be playing for the maximum three points.”
“Both clubs will be hoping to make another history because that has been the trend anytime both teams meet,” he added.
Atuahene also revealed that there is no more misunderstanding between the coach and the management and also called on the supporters of the club to comport themselves as they prepare for the match.
“We have settled any misunderstanding between the coach and the management and we have paid both assistant coaches not because we are playing Kotoko but we saw that it will be necessary to pay them and the coach confirmed to me on training grounds yesterday that everything is under control.”
“We have printed thirty-eight thousand tickets for the match and the supporters are advised to purchase the tickets on time to avoid any clash at the gate and they should please comport themselves at the stadium because we don’t want to experience any violence at the stadium.”
