Accra Hearts of Oak Strategy Committee chairman Vincent Sowah Odotei has noted they will address recent off the pitch incident concerning their head coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi and take the best decision for the club.
The Japanese American dominated the headlines last week with his facebook rant.
There are reports he snubbed management last week in their attempt to settle some issues with him.
“We will continue to engage Kenichi and as I have said and I will repeat it we will take the best decision in the interest of our club,” said Odotei.
“Hearts will continue to be the best employer in the league- that means we will look after our employees, we will honour the obligations in the contracts with sign with our employees and we expect them to also respect their contract."
"The club will make sure we work with those who are committed, loyal and want to give something back to the club"
Odotei in answering if he thinks Coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi has the commitment and loyalty they are looking for- he stated that:
“Well we have had problems with him and we are looking at , we haven’t come to a point where we are definitive about position but we will continue to engage him and go back to look at all his behaviour and at the end trust me just as we have done previously we will take the best decision for the club.”
