Deputy Communications Director for Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Solomon Ofosu Ware, is of the view that Coach David Duncan has brought disgrace to the club by going to Adako Jachie to supervise no training session.
This comes on the back of management’s decision to let the coach step aside for the next five matches of the club.
“The management were specific by telling Coach David Duncan to step aside for now but we were surprised when we heard that Coach Duncan was at Adako Jachie to train with the players while he has been served a letter to step aside.”
“With this character of Coach Duncan, he has disgraced the club by going to the training grounds when he was not supposed to be there.”
“After six matches we have only win 1 match, drawing 2 and losing three matches which is unprecedented in the history of the club.”
“With no doubt Coach Duncan is a good coach with high quality human relationship. But when it comes to the affairs of Kotoko, it is all about winning matches and getting the desired results for the club but he has failed to deliver so we have asked assistant Coach Michael Osei to take over as the head coach for now.”
Kotoko take on Liberty in week 7 of the Ghana Premier League.
