The Black Stars touched down in Maputo for their fourth fixture in the AFCON qualifying series without the injured duo of Asamoah Gyan and Mubarak Wakaso.
Gyan picked up an injury on the eve of the game in Accra against the Os Mambas while Wakaso aggravated an injury which made him a doubt for both encounters.
Ghana’s squad touched down in the Mozambican capital on Friday, leaving Accra on a chartered flight.
The match will be played at the Estádio do Zimpeto with the Black Stars seeking to maintain their 100 per cent record in the group.
Aside Gyan and Wakaso, Avram Grant is facing serious headache with doubts over the fitness of Frank Acheampong, Christian Atsu and John Boye who all picked up knocks in the game in the Thursday’s fixture in Accra.
Ghana beat Mozambique 3-1 in and will be aiming to go for the double.
