Operations Manager of Kumasi Asante Kotoko is confident his side can annex the league title despite their stuttering start to the league.
The Porcupines are winless in their opening three games despite signing as many as 14 players in the off season.
This has led to widespread agitation within the rank and file of the club but Kennedy believes the signings will come good.
“We believe in all the signings we made for Kotoko,” he told Adom FM Sports
“Every player we signed was not coming to warm the bench. Ever since we commenced pre-season the results have proven that we did good signings.”
“And this time everyone has testified that all the signings that Kotoko did has improved.”
“If we compare the matches played by other teams, the performance and the level even shows that Kotoko has a good team and gives us the hope that we can win the league.”
On the league title, Kennedy believed all was not lost.
“If are able to win 20 matches then we can win the league, so therefore we are strategizing, we have to win this match or if we are able to draw that match then it’s good. These are our plans.”
Kotoko play Berekum Chelsea this weekend.
